How Reliable is ReadyPlanet's Smart Online CRM for Managing Multiple Product Lines?

I’m currently exploring CRM platforms for a small business with multiple product lines and customer types. I came across ReadyPlanet's Smart Online CRM and it looks promising, especially with the Thai-language support and integration features.



Before I commit, I wanted to ask:

Has anyone here used ReadyPlanet’s Smart Online CRM to manage more than one product line or sales funnel?



Does it handle customer segmentation well? sprunki phase 5



How flexible are the automation features (email, follow-ups, etc.)?



Any issues with performance or support?



Would really appreciate hearing from someone who’s used it in a real-world business setting—especially if you’ve had to juggle different markets or customer groups.
