Reduce piping works The minimum bending radius is small yet flexible, so from main pipe to fan coil it can be connected with one piece. Reduce piping labor significantly so result in less fabrication time and labor. Heat-proof and pressure-proof Heat-resistant rubber and strong SUS braid enhance hot water resistance and pressure resistance. Bending fatigue and potential difference corrosion Flexible rubber tube removes defects such as bending fatigue, potential difference corrosion, etc.. Heat insulated Heat insulation material has independent air bubble structure. Effective in heat insulation, and excellent in weather-resistance and self-fire-extinguishing.

● Standard end connections: One end is cap nut (parallel thread) with packing, and the other end is outer thread (tapered male thread). ● If both ends need tapered male thread, specify the product that is with adaptor (optional). ● For packing, use exclusive use packing attached. ● Both ends can be changed to female thread x female thread. ● Body ends cannot be changed to male thread x male thread.

Connection |

1. Outer thread (male thread side) First wrap the seal tape (or sealant) around the male thread side and check if the counter thread is free from defects and smooth, tighten the outer thread by hand to the possible number of threads, and then use spanner to tighten while using wrench to hold the counter side. Once tightened, in case of removing or putting back, clean properly for the thread part, and be sure to change the seal tape (or sealant) before tightening.
2. Parallel thread (female thread side) Check first if outer thread – the cap nut counter thread - is free from defects, and the seat for receiving packing is smooth. Insert the packing, tighten the cap nut by hand to the possible number of threads, then use spanner to tighten while using spanner to hold the counter side (adaptor, etc.) and not twist the hose. Once tightened, in case of removing or putting back, be sure to change the seal tape (or sealant) before tightening. Do not use other packing not provided by us. It may cause water leak and other problems. When you are short of packing during fabrication, please contact us.
